Let's Encrypt stopped warning you. We didn't.
Those "your certificate expires soon" emails ended on 4 June 2025. Get them back, and better.
What changed
Let's Encrypt ended its expiration notification emails on 4 June 2025 and deleted the stored addresses (sources: letsencrypt.org/2025/01/22/ending-expiration-emails, letsencrypt.org/2025/06/26/expiration-notification-service-has-ended.html). If Certbot fails now, nobody tells you.
Your new safety net
Add your domains. We warn you at 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day, and the moment a cert breaks. Email, Slack or Teams. Every alert says why renewal failed and how to fix it, like a rate limit, a failed HTTP-01 challenge or a missing DNS record.
Check a site with the free SSL checker or see pricing. Read the 47-day certificate timeline and Let's Encrypt expiry emails.
FAQ
Does it work with Certbot, acme.sh, Caddy, Traefik?
Yes. We check the certificate your server actually serves, however it got there.
